Annual Purity Banquet!
This past February was our 3rd annual purity banquet. This is one of our favorite times with the teens as well as most important. The evening is for our teens to make a vow to keep themselves pure to God until they are married. Not only in relationships but in their personal walk with Christ. Each new teen that comes into our class participate in this ceremony. This year it was Marissa Shumate, Mckensie Bridenbecker, Shawn Roberts and David McJunkins. They come with their parents and sign a certificate and their parents give them a ring. This ring is a reminder to stay pure until marriage. We have a special speaker each year. This year it was Bro. Mike Griffis. We also make it very formal. This is so important to do during this hard time we live in. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
